Marblehead Looks To Fill Light Commission Vacancy
Letters of interest for the opening are due on Sept. 2.
MARBLEHEAD, MA — Marblehead is looking for those interested in filling a mid-term opening on the Municipal Light Commission.
The Select Board and Light Commission is requesting letters of interest be sent to the Select Board, Abbot Hall, 188 Washington Street or email them to wileyk@marblehead.org, or to Commissioner Michael Hull at 80 Commercial Street, P.O. Box 60 or mhull@mhdld.com.
The deadline to submit the letters of interest is Sept. 2.

Applicants will be interviewed as part of a joint session of the Light Commission and Select board on Sept. 14 at Abbot Hall.
The Light Commission is the governing board overseeing the Marblehead Municipal Light Department. The Board is responsible for setting rates and monitoring other aspects of the utility's management.
