Marblehead Looks To Fill Town Board Vacancies

There are nearly a dozen openings across six Marblehead boards, commissions and town committees.

MARBLEHEAD, MA — Marblehead is looking for candidates to fill nearly a dozen vacancies on various town boards, commissions and committees.

The town has vacancies on its Affordable Housing Trust Fund Board, Design Review Board, MBTA Advisory Board, Marblehead Cultural Council, Marblehead Forever Committee and Marblehead Task Force Against Discrimination.

Most terms are one year, except for the Design Review Board and Marblehead Cultural Council, which have three-year terms. There are five openings on the Cultural Council.

Anyone interested in serving on one of these Boards or Committees should submit a letter of interest and a resume to the Select Board, Abbot Hall, 188 Washington Street, email to wileyk@marblehead.org or call the Select Board’s Office at 781-631-0000.
