Marblehead Man Charged with Assaulting Police Officers
Gleb Dozorets, of Marblehead, was charged with several counts of assaulting an officer during an incident on Pleasant Street.
MARBLEHEAD, MA — A Marblehead man was arrested Tuesday and charged with assaulting officers following a massive fight on Pleasant Street.
Gleb Dozorets, 25, of 150 Pleasant St., Apt. 4, was charged with:
- 4 counts of assault and battery on a police officer
- Resisting arrest
- Disorderly conduct
On Tuesday at about 3:20 a.m., several Pleasant Street residents called police, saying there was a large fight in the yard of Dozorets' residence. One resident told police she "can hear swearing and fighting, with sticks possibly involved."

Dozorets was injured and transported to Salem Hospital.
Dozorets' stepfather told police at the scene he wanted to file a report against the officers, saying Dozorets should not be arrested, according to the police report. The stepfather also said he needed to be hospitalized.
