MARBLEHEAD, MA — Police said they have received numerous reports of areas of Marblehead Neck without power. Ballast Lane, Kimball Street, Harbor Ave., and more are affected, police said shortly before 7 p.m. Monday night. The Light Department has been notified, but no estimated restoration time has been announced.
