Marblehead Police Log: Shady Suitcases, Poor Parking Choices

MARBLEHEAD, MA — The following excerpts are from Thursday's Marblehead Police log.

9:19 a.m. - White pick-up truck parked in area designated for Voter Parking Only on Washington Street. It's there all day, every, caller says.

10:01 a.m. - Person reports his cars were broken into on Franklin Street Sunday night.

1:45 p.m. - Caller from hair salon said they noticed an unattended brown suitcase on the corner of Chestnut and Atlantic and believed it to be suspicious.

11:04 p.m. - Person was stuck in an elevator on West Shore Drive during a partial power outage of a building. She was rescued about an hour later.
