Marblehead Residents Win Salem State University Art Awards

Marblehead residents Amina Amin, Robert Gerson, and Maria Ramirez have received the Interactive Media award, the 3-D award, and the Arthur W. Smith, Graphic Design, and Printmaking awards, respectively, from the Salem State University art + design department. Each year, the department honors a select group of students within the various artistic disciplines for distinguished work. Amin’s, Gerson’s, and Ramirez’s work will be on display in the university’s Winfisky Gallery from March 30-April 15, with an artist’s reception on Wednesday, April 8, 6-8 pm.
