Marblehead Students Honored At Assumption, SNHU, St. Lawrence, WPI

MARBLEHEAD, MA — These Marblehead students were among those recently earning academic or athletic distinctions at colleges, universities and schools across the nation.

Tianna Nolasco, class of 2024, has been named to the Assumption University's Dean's List for the spring 2023 semester. Students named to the Dean's List must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 for a five-class, 15-credit semester to be included on the prestigious list, which is announced at the completion of the fall and spring semesters.

Isabelle Tinti-Kane was named to the 2023 spring semester Dean's List at Ohio Wesleyan University.

To earn Dean's List recognition, Ohio Wesleyan students must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or better on a 4.0 scale in all applicable classes.

Ian Cody, a member of the Worcester Polytechnic Institute class of 2025 majoring in Aerospace Engineering, was named to the university's Dean's List for academic excellence for the spring 2023 semester.

A total of 2,054 undergraduate students achieved the criteria required for WPI's spring 2023 Dean's List. The criteria for the WPI Dean's List differs from that of most other universities as WPI does not compute a grade point average (GPA). Instead, WPI defines the Dean's List by the amount of work completed at the A level in courses and projects.

Noah Goodman, a member of the class of 2024 majoring in Computer Science at WPI, was a member of a student team that recently completed an intense research project titled Digitalizing Healthcare: Transforming Pathology Labs.

The following Marblehead students graduated from Regis College:

Candace Berzellini graduated with a MS in Nursing — Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.

Tanya Tupper graduated with a Master of Public Health in Public Health.

Victoria Donarumo graduated with a Doctor of Nursing Practice — Family Nurse Practitioner.

Margaret Quaceci and Cody Van Wittenberghe were named to the Southern New Hampshire University winter 2023 President's List.

Brigette Gable was recently initiated into the St. Lawrence University Circle of Omicron Delta Kappa, the National Leadership Honor Society. The Society welcomed 1,869 new initiates from 78 universities during April 2023.

Students initiated into the Society must be sophomores, juniors, seniors, or graduate/professional students in the top 35 percent of their class, demonstrate leadership experience in at least one of the five pillars, and embrace the ODK ideals. Fewer than five percent of students on a campus are invited to join each year.
