Marblehead Students Honored At Berklee, Holy Cross, Skidmore, UNH, WPI

MARBLEHEAD, MA — These Marblehead students were among those recently earning academic or athletic distinctions at colleges, universities and schools across the nation.

A total of 2,069 undergraduate students achieved the criteria required for Worcester Polytechnic Institute's fall 2022 Dean's List. The criteria for the WPI Dean's List differs from that of most other universities as WPI does not compute a grade point average (GPA). Instead, WPI defines the Dean's List by the amount of work completed at the A level in courses and projects.

The following Marblehead students were named to the Dean's List for fall 2022:

Ian Cody, majoring in Aerospace Engineering (BS), class of 2025;

Benjamin Twombly, majoring in Aerospace Engineering (BS) Astronautical Track, class of 2024.

The following College of the Holy Cross students from Marblehead were named to the fall 2022 Dean's List for outstanding academic achievement during the fall semester of the 2022-23 academic year:

Christopher Barone, member of the class of 2024, Charlotte Collins, member of the class of 2026, Isabella Corsini, member of the class of 2023, and Davis Walker, member of the class of 2024

To qualify, students must pass four or more letter-graded courses with no failing grades during the semester and earn a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

The University of Vermont announced that the following local students have been named to the dean's list for the fall 2022 semester:

Kasey Louden, majoring in Mathematics, Mirabella Vulikh, majoring in Biochemistry, Christian Penkrat, majoring in Business Administration, and Tegan Sherwood, majoring in Exercise Science.

To be named to the UVA Dean's List, students must have a grade-point average of 3.0 or better and rank in the top 20 percent of their class in their respective college or school.

Natalie Paquette was named to the Dean's List at James Madison University for the fall 2022 semester. Students who earn dean's list honors must carry at least 12 graded credit hours and earn a GPA of between 3.5 and 3.899. Paquette is majoring in Inclusive Early Childhood Education.

Hannah Verdun was named to the Muhlenberg College Dean's List for the fall 2022 semester.

Muhlenberg College students and Muhlenberg College School of Continuing Studies students with a term GPA of 3.50 or higher were recognized for this academic achievement.

The following students have been named to the Dean's List at the University of New Hampshire for the fall 2022 semester:

Allison Countie, earning honors, Rachel Saulnier, earning high honors, Maxwell Beauchesne, earning honors, Emma DaRocha, earning highest honors, Taylor Brown, earning high honors, and Annelise Rudelitch, earning honors.

Elizabeth Tauro was named to the Hofstra Dean's List with a GPA of at least 3.5. She is a Theater major.

Elsa Richardson-Bach was among the more than 4,000 undergraduate students at the University of Iowa named to the Dean's List for the 2022 spring semester.

Richardson-Bach is a third-year student in Iowa's College of Liberal Arts and Sciences and is majoring in English and Creative Writing.

Alexandra Balunas and Bridgette Tauro have been named to the Plymouth State University Dean's List for the fall 2022 semester. To be named to the Dean's List, a student must achieve a grade point average between 3.5 and 3.69 during the Fall 2022 semester and must have attempted at least 12 credit hours during the semester.

Belmont has announced the list of students recognized on the Dean's List for the fall 2022 semester. Of the approximately 52 percent of Belmont's 7,100 undergraduate students who qualified for the fall 2022 Dean's List, Owen Murphy was among them.

Margaret Quaceci was named to Southern New Hampshire University's fall 2022 President's List. The fall terms run from September to December.

Full-time undergraduate students who have earned a minimum grade-point average of 3.700 and above for the reporting term are named to the President's List.

Kate Conlin, MHD class of 2019, has once again earned Berklee School of Music Dean's list designation for the fall 2022 semester.

Berklee School of Music Dean's List designation is reserved for full-time students, earn excellent academic performance with a GPA of 3.6 or higher.

Madison Lofmark, of Skidmore College, class of 2026, was named to the Dean's List with a GPA of 3.65 or higher.

Finn Keaney was named to the Dean's list at Miami University of Ohio for the 2022-23 fall semester.

Miami University students who are ranked in the top twenty percent of undergraduate students within their division for the fall semester 2022-23 have been named to the Dean's List recognizing academic performance.

Keaney is earning a B.S. in Business in Marketing.

The University of Hartford said Elizabeth Worrick was named to the Dean's List for fall 2022.

The University of Tampa has honored 2,044 students who were named to the dean's list for the Fall 2022 semester. Students must maintain a GPA of 3.75 or higher to be eligible for the Dean's List:

Ellie Bouchard, majoring in Nursing BSN, and Simone Rinaldi, majoring in Psychology BA, earned the distinction at Tampa.
