MHS Girls Volleyball Keeps Rolling

In a highly competitive match, Marblehead came back after going down in the first set, to win the next three against Winthrop on Wednesday night, 17-25, 25-11, 25-23, and 25-19.

Sam Payne began game two serving 16 points in a row. Eve Rice had 4 huge blocks at important times to keep the momentum on Marblehead’s side.

Jenny Norcross dominated Marblehead’s offense with 17 kills and Eve Rice came in with another 8.

Emma Bushman had 27 assists in the match and Clara Pollard came up strong with 10 digs.

Marblehead improves to 13-0 and plays again on Friday night at Milton.
