More Snow Expected in the Coming Days

The National Weather Service said parts of Massachusetts could get as much as 6 inches of snow late Thursday night and Friday.
Here are projected snowfall totals by area, according to the NWS:

- Northeastern Massachusetts -- 4-6 inches
- Greater Boston -- 3-4 inches
- Metro West -- 2-4 inches
- North Shore -- 2-3 inches
- Central Mass -- 2-3 inches
- South Shore -- 2-3 inches
- Cape Cod and the Islands -- 1-3 inches
