New Year, New Summer!
Join us tomorrow, January 6th, at 7 PM at the Abbot Public Library for a night of "Pizza, S'mores, and Summer Camp!"
Camp does kids a world of good! And nobody knows this better then Carl and Madeline Acosta, Marblehead residents and New Family Liaisons for Camp Waziyatah, a children’s sleep away camp in Southern Maine. They both passionately believe the benefits of summer camp for our children are truly endless. The hard part? Taking the first step. It can be intimidating or nerve wracking for first time parents to trust their greatest treasure to new people in a new environment. To help the families of Marblehead who are considering summer camp, but naturally have questions and concerns they would like addressed first, Carl and Maddie are hosting a “Pizza, S’mores, and Summer Camp!” night at the Abbott Public Library on January 6th at 7:00 PM. It’s a fun, free way to learn about summer camp, socialize with previous campers and their parents, and enjoy a s’more in the middle of winter. With additional questions, please, feel free to contact Maddie at maddie@wazi.com. Come find out how we’re building better kids; one summer at a time!
