New Year, New Transfer Station Stickers

It’s a new year, so you’ll need a new facilities sticker if you want to use the Marblehead Transfer Station and take advantage of several other town services.

Resident stickers are available for purchase at the transfer station and the tax collector/treasurer’s office in the Mary Alley Municipal Building.

Stickers cost $65 for the first vehicle registered at an address and are $20 for each additional vehicle at the same address. You’ll need the receipt for your original sticker in order to purchase additional stickers.

The stickers offer residents the following access and benefits:

• Access to the transfer station to drop off trash, recycling and yard waste.
• Free compost at the transfer station.
• Access to the Swap Shed.
• The opportunity to drop-off clothing for charities.
• Free parking at Devereux Beach

Stickers are valid from Jan. 1 through Dec. 31.
