Under Artistic Director Paula K. Shiff, the NSCB, a 44-year-old nonprofit organization based at the Marblehead School of Ballet (MSB) in Marblehead, Massachusetts, premieres the original work, Celeste, choreographed by Ivan Korn. The piece, inspired by Radio Tarifa's music, revolves around a summertime landscape, where time expands due to the length of the day. Its impending end triggers a sense of anticipation. The North Shore Civic Ballet's dancers, Christine DeSalvo and Alex Berg, will perform the new work.

The NSCB welcomes the opportunity to appear again in this holiday program. "We are delighted to perform again in this festive event and collaborate and perform with other companies in the Boston area," said Shiff.
