North Shore School Supply Drive Doubles Impact With Donor Sponsorship
An anonymous donor will match all contributions to the Marblehead-based SPUR servicing Marblehead, Swampscott, Lynn and Salem this week.

MARBLEHEAD, MA — Donors to the Marblehead-based SPUR's backpack school supply drive this week will see their contributions go twice as far thanks to an anonymous donor.
The organization, which serves families in need in Marblehead, Lynn, Salem and Swampscott, is running its annual Student Success Drive to distribute backpacks full of needed school supplies to students across its service area.
SPUR is looking to fill and distribute 750 backpacks leading into the next school year.

This year, SPUR is adding the opportunity to sponsor a public pre-K classroom. Sponsors provide a box jam-packed with necessary supplies that support learning and the health and well-being of students. By sponsoring a classroom, donors can help start the youngest students in our community on the path to academic success.
