'Odd' Man Spotted on Vine Street

At 11:14 a.m., a DPW employee turned in a found license plate.

At 12:57 p.m., a caller reported an “odd” man smoking a cigarette on Vine Street. The person seemed “out of place.” Police investigated and found nothing suspicious.

At 1:06 p.m., Nathan Alexander Nevins, 21, of Marblehead was arrested on a Marblehead warrant.

At 1:41 p.m., a UPS vest was found.

At 2:04 p.m., a caller reported having received two IRS scam phone calls that day.
