Barbara Naeser is the featured artist at Brush Strokes for the month of September. Barbara’s paintings offer a variety of subjects from figures
in a landscape to Tonka trucks, a well-used lunchbox of another era and even an
old restaurant range. She doesn’t have
to look very far to find something to paint as she draws inspiration from the
surrounds of everyday life. Her choice
of subjects is unique to her, often clever, playful and light hearted. All have a personal significance or
relationship. Her paintings are fresh
and happy with strong bright colors, loose brushwork and a contemporary
flare. The show will run from September
7 to 29.
