'The Crazy Candy Lady' Opening Soon in Marblehead

Marblehead will get it's third candy shop this summer when The Crazy Candy Lady opens inside the new Warwick building on Pleasant Street.

According to owners Beth Tauro and Craig Barker, The Crazy Candy Lady will offer an array of artisan chocolates, nostalgic candy, bulk treats and seashore favorites.

Tauro and Barker, both of Marblehead, said opening where the Warwick Theater once stood will make the experience special.

“Craig and I grew up going to the Warwick and are thrilled to be part of a project which will add energy and excitement to downtown Marblehead," Tauro said. "We hope to create a vibrant and welcoming destination for buying and eating candy, parties of all types, and enjoying some fun in your day."

The Crazy Candy Lady is expected to open this summer.
