MARBLEHEAD, MA — The following are excerpts from the Marblehead police log. Suspects are innocent unless convicted.

Thur., March 31

  • 11:15 a.m. A driver called police and said a commercial dump truck almost ran him off Beacon Street.
  • 2:50 p.m. A Garfield Street resident said he was the victim of a $2,600 PayPal scam.
  • 8:41 p.m. Nicole LaBranche, 49, of 24 Front St., Marblehead, was charged with disorderly conduct after an alleged dispute with her landlord.
  • 9 p.m. Kimberly Shepard, 53, of 45 High St., Marblehead, was charged with violating a harassment order. She also had two warrants.

  • 8:05 a.m. A resident of Bessom Street said his "bread guy" called him and said someone broke into his home.
  • 10:56 a.m. John Hodges, 24, of Marblehead, was charged with trespassing.
  • 9:02 p.m. Alan Waller, 70, of 2 Beacon St., Marblehead, was charged with destruction of property after allegedly slashing someone's tires with a power drill.

Sat., April 2

  • 5:07 p.m. Eleanor Doyle, 52, of 3 Waldron Ct., Marblehead, was charged with OUI (liquor), negligent driving, a vehicle light vioation, and having no inspection sticker.
