Police: Breaking and Entering Arrests; Suspicious SUV

Tuesday, Sept. 15

At 8:33 a.m., there was a report of a tree branch down on a wire on West Shore Drive.

At 8:33 a.m., a caller reported that a car had run a red light the previous night at Pleasant and Smith Streets and wanted to know if there were cameras at that intersection.

At 10:55 a.m., there was a report of graffiti on Wyman Road.

At 12:24 p.m., there was a report of a suspicious SUV with tinted windows on Brimblecomb Avenue. The vehicle was not found.

At 12:26 p.m., police arrested Joseph Stapf, 24, of 15 Burgess St. in Litchfield, NH for receiving stolen property over $250, possessing a large capacity feeding device, intimidating a witness, breaking and entering to commit a misdemeanor, receiving a stolen credit card, receiving stolen property under $250, and possession of burglarious instruments. Police also arrested Stephanie Kenyon, 27, of 211 Douglas St., #1 in Manchester, NH for receiving stolen property over $250, receiving a stolen credit card, receiving stolen property under $250, and breaking and entering to commit a misdemeanor.

At 1:13 p.m., there was a report of an Intrepid Circle resident receiving a scam IRS call.

At 3:47 p.m., there was a report of a house that was broken into on Countryside Lane.
