Police: Warrant Arrest; Flash of Light

At 2:52 p.m., there was a motor vehicle accident at Atlantic and Ocean Avenues.

At 3:13 p.m., police arrested Anthony Howie Boyett, 44, of 288 Pleasant Street in Marblehead on a warrant.

At 3:38 p.m., there was a report of a tree that broke a car windshield on Weston Road.

At 4:41 p.m., there was a report of a wire hanging down across from the Old North Church on Washington Street.

At 6:26 p.m., police took a report of a past assault on Humphrey Street.

At 9:06 p.m., there were two reports of a loud explosion and bright flashing light near Longview Drive, but police were unable to locate anything out of order.
