Power Outage Planned Thursday in Marblehead

The Marblehead Municipal Light Department will be making emergency repairs Thursday and that will necessitate a power outage for portions of town.

According to a post on the Marblehead Municipal Light Department page on Facebook, the outage will affect “all residence[s] in the West Shore Dr, Ridge Rd and Calumet Ln area.”

The outage is expected to begin at 10 a.m. and the department hopes to have power restored by noon.

Crews will be working to make emergency repairs on the power lines behind properties on Calumet Lane.
