Fri., Sept. 23

  • 11:15 a.m. Credit card fraud reported on Clifton Avenue.
  • 12:57 p.m. A woman who parked in front of a hydrant said she "didn't feel she should have to pay" a $100 violation.
  • 3:21 p.m. A Sewall Street resident said someone stole a lawn ornament.

  • 2:23 a.m. James Gassler, 63, of Marblehead, was charged with DUI and negligent driving after a crash on Humphrey Street.
