Smell of Marijuana Keeps Neighbors Up at Night

At 7:58 a.m., a woman reported her car window had been smashed and a purse stolen from the vehicle on Cherry Street overnight. She later said she found the purse in the bushes on Cypress.

At 9:15 a.m., a caller reported his car window was smashed and a briefcase rifled through overnight on Sevinor Road.

At 11:33 a.m., a person came into the station and reported their vehicle window had been smashed and a briefcase containing a passport and prescription had been taken from the vehicle parked on Peach Highlands.

At 2:41 p.m., a person reported found a change purse and several CDs in the bushes.

At 5:29 p.m., identity theft was reported.

At 8:28 p.m., a woman reported the smell of marijuana coming from a neighboring unit was so strong it was preventing her daughter from sleeping.
