Stalking, Road Rage, Sheriff Scam: Marblehead Police Log

MARBLEHEAD, MA — The following are excerpts from the Marblehead police log. Suspects are presumed innocent.

Tuesday, November 15

• 11:43 a.m. Drug paraphernalia was found at the Glover School playground.
• 2:59 p.m. A woman in Frost Lane said a scammer called her and demanded she pay $1,500 to avoid arrest by the "county sheriff's department."
• 5:24 p.m. A woman on Leicester Road said "she received a call from a home cleaning company called "Home Cleaning Solutions" and when she asked them how to get them to stop calling her they made crude comments to her."
• 6:45 p.m. A driver got stuck in a flooded area of Green Street.

Wednesday, November 16

• 9 a.m. A student ran off from school; an officer found her and convinced her to go back.
• 1:18 p.m. A road rage incident was reported on Humphrey Street; a woman said another woman yelled at her and gave her the finger for following her vehicle too closely.
• 6:40 p.m. A woman told police she "has a possible stalker."
