'Stay Out of Marblehead!' Police Warn Criminals After Suspect's Arrest

MARBLEHEAD, MA — After Marblehead police arrested a breaking and entering suspect Sunday, they had a message for all would-be criminals: "STAY OUT OF MARBLEHEAD!"

On Sunday, police arrested a 38-year-old East Boston woman who allegedly entered a resident's home then fled when the homeowner appeared. The suspect then entered another home, police said. She was charged with several counts of breaking and entering.

Police credited the homeowner and other witnesses for providing information that led to the suspect's arrest.

"This is another fantastic example of quick police response and alert community members working together to keep our town the way we like it—safe," police said, adding. "Note to the criminal element—STAY OUT OF MARBLEHEAD!"
