At 9:15 a.m., a caller reported that a residential sump pump was sending water into the street and causing an ice hazard.
At 1:16 p.m., a woman reported that the return bins at the library were unsecure. She asked that police ensure it was safe to return items there.

At 1:36 p.m., a woman reported that a man in plaid pajama paints and with a plaid backpack was running on the neck and looked “out of place.” She asked that he be checked out. Police were unable to locate the person.
At 4:29 p.m., a caller reported hearing two men yelling and fighting in a first-floor hallway.
