MARBLEHEAD, MA — The following are excerpts from the Marblehead police log. Suspects are innocent unless convicted.
Fri., April 8
- 5:29 p.m. A Gingerbread Hill Road resident said someone called him and said he would be jailed if he didn't pay taxes.

- 9:42 a.m. A downed wire was reported in Village Street.
- 1:55 p.m. A Verizon worker reportedly knocked a sign down in the area of Pond Street.
- 3:45 p.m. A Surf Street resident turned in a firearm to police.
- 6:54 p.m. A caller reported a swastika was drawn on a basketball court in the area of West Shore Drive. The drawing was removed.
- 8:03 p.m. A caller complained about skateboarders in the area of West Shore Drive.
Sun., April 10
- 12:26 p.m. A Gregory Street resident turned in ammunition.
