Tickets Now On Sale for MLT's The Miracle Worker

Tickets are now on sale for The Marblehead Little Theatre’s upcoming production of “The Miracle Worker”. Written by William Gibson. Produced by Trudi Olivetti. Directed by Anne Lucas. Stage Management by Jordan Mitchell; Costume Design by Elivira Schoenthal; Lighting Design by Len Schnabel and Properties Management by Kathy Maguire.

William Gibson’s “The Miracle Worker” is a tribute to two women who changed life forever for the deaf and blind in the world. Previously institutionalized as mental defectives, Helen Keller proved to the world that intelligence is not impaired by deafness or blindness. Born in 1880 in Tuscumbia, Alabama Helen’s future was dim, but through the love of her mother an Irish American legally blind teacher was brought to her from Boston. Annie Sullivan remained with Helen throughout her life as teacher and companion.

The cast includes: Carl Hagarty as the Doctor; Kaitlin Eggers as Kate Keller; Ron Amon as Captain Keller; Grace Studley as Helen Keller; Nola Weeder as Martha; Blake Walton as Polly; Jennifer Hurley as Aunt Ev; Rene LaPlante as James Keller; Mark Shasha as Mr. Anagnos; Alex Alexander as Annie Sullivan and Nneamaka Mordi as Viney.
