Tow Truck Gets Stuck Attempting to Move Stuck SUV

At 8:57 a.m., a woman called to say she was snowed in and needed to clear snow from her furnace vents. Police responded that her vent was clear. She planned to call someone to clear the drift from her door.

At 9:58 a.m., a caller reported an odor of natural gas. Officials uncovered a blocked vent but found no CO readings in the home.

At 11:46 a.m., a person called concerned that their furnace vent was could be blocked.

At 12:26 p.m., police conducted a motor vehicle stop and issued a verbal warning.

At 12:51 p.m., a man reported that a plow had damaged his fence.

At 6:33 p.m., a lost credit card was reported.

At 7:40 p.m., an arcing wire on Bubier Road was reported.

At 11:53 p.m., a disabled vehicle was left in the middle of the road. It was towed as it was impeding plowing efforts.

At 7:15 a.m., a motor vehicle was reported stuck in the snow.

At 8:54 a.m., a vehicle was stuck in the snow.

At 10:10 a.m., a man called to complain that the town had piled snow too high in front of his house.

At 10:36 a.m., a person complained a neighbor was throwing all their snow in the street.

At 10:38 a.m., a woman called to say that she was snowed in and none of her neighbors could help.

At 10:54 a.m., a neighbor argument over snow removal was reported.

At 11:01 a.m., a tow truck was called to move an SUV stuck after trying to get up the hill at Union Street. The tow truck became stuck.

At 11:19 a.m., a resident reported being stuck on Bennett Road.

At 11:33 a.m., police were requested to stand by at Washington Street and South Street as multiple vehicles were slipping. A “restricted parking” area was established.
