Are you looking for a new and exciting way to get in shape? Do you miss being a cheerleader or gymnast? If so, come join our adult gymnastics class. Each week will include a variety of activities such as basic tumbling, climbing the rope or bouncing on the trampoline. It’s never been more fun to become fit. Class length is 1 hour.
