What's Open, Closed on Good Friday, Easter in Marblehead

Good Friday and Easter are coming up this weekend and will lead to some changes in the schedules of businesses and offices.

While not official state or federal holidays, you’ll want to note a few things in Marblehead.

Good Friday, April 3

• OPEN -- banks, supermarkets, town offices, library
• CLOSED -- stock market
• Special note -- Marblehead Public Schools will be session for a half-day in order to make up a snow day. Schools were previously scheduled to be closed.

Easter, April 5

• OPEN -- regular Sunday hours at the business owners’ discretion. Liquor stores can be open.
• CLOSED -- Abbot Public Library
