AT 2:06 p.m., a woman reported a capsized boat off the Adams House. The caller watched the situation from her deck and reported the individuals were able to right the boat and get onboard, but she felt it was going to capsize again. The boat was with Pleon Yacht Club, which police were unable to contact. They did reach Eastern Yacht Club, however, who reached out to Pleon and sent someone out to retrieve the kids and boat. The harbormaster found there was a coach with the kids sailing, but that the water was bad and so the harbormaster planned to stay with the boat until everyone was ashore.
