2 With Head Trauma After Rollover in Marlborough

Crews responded around 10:45 a.m. to a crash on Route 290 westbound in Marlborough.

Rescuers responded to the crash near Exit 25B, where, according to online alerts, a vehicle had rolled over on to a guardrail. Two young patients with head trauma, and others with serious injuries, were sent to the hospital from the scene.
