Advanced Math and Science School Makes Top 20 Best List

Advanced Math & Science Academy Charter School in Marlborough was ranked 17th out of the 2016 top 100 public high schools in Massachusetts, according to a study by Niche.com.

The rankings were based on eight factors: Academics, Health and Safety, Overall Experience (parent and student surveys), Student Culture and Diversity, Teachers, Resources and Facilities, Extracurriculars and Activities, Sports and Fitness.

Here are Advanced Math & Science’s grades, according to Niche:

• Academics: A+
• Administration and Policies: A+
• Educational Outcomes: A+
• Extracurriculars: C-
• Food: B
• Health and Safety: A-
• Resources and Facilities: C+
• Sports and Fitness: C-
• Student Culture and Diversity: B+
• Teachers: A+

Lexington High School was the top ranked high school in Massachusetts, according to the study.
