MARLBOROUGH, MA — A downtown workspace created as an alternative to home offices, coffee shops and conventional meeting rooms is marking its first anniversary.
Good Company Workspace celebrated one year since its Oct. 28, 2025, ribbon-cutting in a Wednesday announcement. The independently owned coworking, meeting and event space is located at 91 Main St., Suite 205.
The business had already opened its doors before the ribbon-cutting, welcoming its first customers during a soft opening that began in July 2025.
Over the past year, the space has hosted individual workdays, team meetings, workshops, community events and exhibits featuring local artists, the company said.
Good Company offers day passes, monthly memberships, private meeting rooms and space for small events. The women-led business was designed for entrepreneurs, remote and hybrid employees, consultants, creatives and small-business owners, according to its website.
The workspace is on the second floor of the historic Firehouse-Police building above The Vin Bin. Amenities include Wi-Fi, loaner monitors, a print and scan station, a kitchenette and complimentary coffee and tea.
"What I couldn't have planned was the community of people who would bring it to life," the company said in its anniversary announcement, thanking people who have worked there, hosted meetings, led workshops, displayed art or attended events.
