This past weekend, AMSA Slam Poetry Team - also known as "SLAMSA" - competed in the 2014 Louder than a Bomb Boston Poetry Slam held at Mass College of Art and Wentworth Institute of Technology.   The AMSA team passionately performed their amazing original individual and group pieces and progressed through the semi-finals to beat out 28 other teams and make it to the finals for the second year in a row which will be held this Thursday May 15 at Boston University's Huntington Theater at 6pm.  Congratulations to SLAMSA members Azmina Karukappadath,  Nikki Keeping, Cassandra Xavier, Caleb Boure,  Menachem Lattke, Eric Reynolds, and Joel Wilner for their outstanding achievement in spoken word!
