
BeneTrac, a Paychex company and provider of powerful, web-based electronic enrollment and employee benefits administration software, today announced it has hired Gregory Penta as regional sales director for New England.
Based in Falmouth and formerly from Framingham, Mass., Penta draws on over a decade of experience in sales, particularly in the health insurance and group ancillary markets. Most recently, he was an employee benefits broker for Northern Benefits, where he assisted employers with the management of their health benefits and all aspects of Massachusetts healthcare reform compliance regulations. Prior to that, Penta was a broker at Specialty Benefits, LLC and a group sales representative at Assurant Employee Benefits, where he worked with brokers in the planning and implementation of group life, dental and disability policies. Penta graduated from Assumption College and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in both economics and psychology. He is an active member of the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce, a volunteer committeeman for the Falmouth Annual Christmas Parade, and a mentor for at-risk youth for Family Continuity.
