Armed Robbery, Rape: Marlborough Grand Jury Indictments

The District Attorney's office announced five indictments related to Marlborough.

MARLBOROUGH, MA — The District Attorney announced five Marlborough related indictments handed down by the Grand Jury between January 17 and April 29, 2019. The indictments include charges of child rape and armed robbery.

These charges are allegations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Marcus Liarikos, 27, of Worcester, was charged with armed robbery and aggravated witness intimidation. The Assistant District Attorney is Raquel Frisardi.

Woodley Louissaint, 22, of Dedham, was charged with rape of a child (3 counts), indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14, disseminating material harmful to a minor, and attempted rape. The Assistant District Attorney is Radu Brestyan.

Dennis Orellana, 34, of Westborough, was charged with rape of a child by force and aggravated rape of a child. The Assistant District Attorney is Radu Brestyan.

Hilin Orellana, 26, of Marlborough, was charged with rape of a child by force. The Assistant District Attorney is Radu Brestyan.

Phillip Raymond, 62, of Marlborough, was charged with rape of a child by force (3 counts), indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14, and possession of child pornography. The Assistant District Attorney is Radu Brestyan.
