Arrest At Marlborough CVS Yields Smoked Sausages, Cocaine: Police

MARLBOROUGH, MA — Marlborough police arrested a Hudson man early Monday morning at a CVS after an employee saw the man try to shoplift several items, police said.

Police said the arrest happened around 3 a.m. at the West Main St. CVS, which is open 24 hours. Police found Sharn Kerivan, 42, still inside the store when they arrived. According to police, he was carrying a pack of smoked sausages, a box of Shout cleaning wipes — and was holding a small bag of suspected crack cocaine.

Police arrested Kerivan on charges of shoplifting and possession of a class B drug.
