10:30 a.m.: Assault reported, Kane Elementary School
12:27 p.m.: Vandalism, 160 Main St.

2:56 p.m.: Gustavo Javier Rodriguez, 38, 44 Park St., Apt. 302, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with armed and masked robbery
3:43 p.m.: Police responded to JC Penny for a report of shoplifting. Sarah Holm, 20, 10 Oakview St., Worcester, was arrested and charged with shoplifting over $100 by asportation (two counts), shoplifting by asportation (three counts)
4:20 p.m.: Harassment, Kane Elementary School
7:24 p.m.: Police responded to 315 Cook Lane for a reported car accident. Isaac M. Carpio, 24, 17 Royal Crest Drive, Apt. 5, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with driving with a license that had been revoked for OUI, speeding, possession of Class D drugs
8:25 p.m.: Vandalism, 19 Upland Road
8:31 p.m.: Disturbance, Marlborough Housing Authority
