ARRESTS: Hudson Man Charged with OUI

Shanjil B. Aftab, 22, of Marlborough, was arrested at 12:28 a.m. on April 18, on a disorderly conduct charge. Aftab was arrested after police were called to Desimone Drive for a report of suspicious activity. In November 2009, Aftab was arrests on a possession of marijuana with intent to distribute charge and later, was found guilty of possession.

Cesar Alexander Piedra, 28, of Marlborough, was arrested at 2:08 a.m. on April 18, on charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and vandalizing property. He was arrested at Sully’s First Edition Pub on Florence Street after police were called there for a disturbance. In September 2013, he was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle and impeding an investigation through witness intimidation, according to a post on Patch. In August 2012, he was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon. In 2010, he was arrested for possession of a Class E drug.

Ricardo M. Ribeiro, 43, of Marlborough, was arrested at 10:50 p.m. on April 18, on an operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Cook Lane and Peters Avenue.

Adam N. Drake, 41, of Hudson, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. on April 19, and charged with OUI liquor, speeding in violation of special regulation, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and unregistered motor vehicle. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop outside of the Burger King on Boston Post Road East.

Scott C. Lynde Jr., 23, of Marlborough, was arrested at 9:31 p.m. on April 19, and charged with OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and marked lanes violation. He was arrested after an accident at the intersection of Lincoln and Short streets. In August 2012, he was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, according to Patch, outside of a nightclub. In December 2012, he was arrested on a warrant.
