10:53 a.m.: Shoplifting investigated, Victoria's Secret

11:48 a.m.: Harassment order served, 199 Elm St.

1:07 p.m.: MVA with injuries, The Reservoir Health Center

4:30 p.m.: Disturbance, Chin's Garden. Jason R. LeBlanc, 34, East Main Street, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with failing to produce a license, disturbing the peace

5:22 p.m.: Fraud, 22 Emmett Street

5:22 p.m.: Fraud reported, 22 Emmett St.

8:23 p.m.: Vandalism reported at Blue Hills Fuels. Thomas F. Cummisky, 68, East Main Street, Marlborough, was placed in protective custody and charged with wanton destruction of property over $250

10:20 p.m.: Disturbance reported at 558 Lincoln St. and 2 Silver St. Brian A. Meddows, 43, Lincoln Court, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with assault, open and gross lewdness, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, assault
