11:02 a.m.: Fraud reported, 26 Victoria Lane

11:05 a.m.: Disturbance, 368 Lincoln St.

11:27 a.m.: Harassment, Liberty Hill Apartments

11:59 a.m.: Breaking and entering, Academy Knoll

3:04 p.m.: Larceny, Sears

3:26 p.m.: Drug offense, Sherwin Williams paint store

3:44 p.m.: MVA with injuries, Hayes Memorial Drive

Sunday, Oct. 9

8:44 a.m.: Sudden death, Royal Crest Apartments

11:54 a.m.: Harassment reported, 5 Wetherbee Terrace

10:10 p.m.: Police respond to calls about an erratic driver on Lincoln Street. Moises D. Pascoal, 54, Boston Post Road East, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with OUI

10:42 p.m.: Vandalism, 319 East Main St.

2:51 p.m.: Larceny, Solomon Pond Mall

9:56 p.m.: Police pulled a vehicle over on Hayden Street. Stephen J. Evangelous, 38, Summer Street, Northborough, was arrested and charged with destruction of property over $250.
