BBB and Yellow Pages Team Up to Help Find Businesses
Consumers can narrow their search for businesses to those with top BBB ratings as well as click through to bbb.org.

Better Business Bureau is teaming up with YP, a leader in local search, to integrate information on BBB Accreditation and ratings within YP business listings across web and mobile, as well as links to BBB Business Reviews. The integration brings additional assurance to consumers seeking trustworthy businesses and professionals, and allows YP’s site users to click through to bbb.org to view information about complaints, customer reviews, licensing, government actions, and more.
Additionally, the nearly 70 million users on YP.com and the YP app can narrow their search for only businesses with a top BBB rating, turning the chore of finding a trustworthy provider – whether it’s a landscaper, real estate agent, mechanic, etc. – into only a few swipes on a smartphone or clicks on YP.com.
