MARLBOROUGH, MA — With Christmas just over the horizon, there are only a few days left to enjoy holiday light displays — and even fewer days to pick the best ones in Marlborough.

The city's annual holiday lights contest is back in 2022, with officials seeking nominations for the best displays in the city. The city will select a first-place winner and a runner up the week after Christmas.

Last year, the owners of 122 Linda Circle won first place for the second year in a row. The homeowners at 41 Ridge Road came in second place. In the 2020 contest, 34 Williams St. came in second place, and 41 Ridge Road earned an honorable mention.
