The Marlborough boys basketball varsity team beat South Hadley in the semi-finals on Tuesday, 65-58, to earn the team a spot in the state <a href="http://miaa.statebrackets.com/tmenu.cfm?tid=3527" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">finals this weekend</a>. The Panthers take on Danvers at 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, at the DCU Centre in Worcester. The boys basketball team first took out Medfield in the quarter finals, followed by a 55-40 win over Hopkinton to claim the semi-finals for the Central II division.And the Panthers marched to the end of the tournament, beating Concord-Carlisle last Saturday in the division final game, 59-45, to head to the semi-finals.<iframe height="450" src data-src="http://link.patch.com/join/3-0-subscribe?list=US_MA_MARLBOROUGH_537"></iframe>
