Learn to Fly Helicopter in Marlborough on Aug. 20

On Saturday, Aug. 20, Marlborough Airport will host "Learn to Fly Helicopters Day." Training will be conducted by the North Andover Flight Academy. Instructors, former students, current students and FAA Examiners will be present to answer questions. Maintenance staff will also be available to explain maintenance procedures and facilities. A ground school instructor will be there to answer questions about the upcoming ground school session in September.

The North Andover Flight Academy is a complete helicopter flight school, Boston helicopter tour operator, and the only Massachusetts helicopter school which is also an authorized Commonwealth of Massachusetts training contractor. The academy is equipped to handle recreational and professional students utilizing Robinson helicopters the most widely used piston helicopters in the world.
