The Branches of Marlborough Opens Welcome Center

On May 7, The Branches of Marlboro, a new Benchmark assisted living and memory community for seniors coming to 421 Bolton Street this November, opened their new welcome center. Together with the Marlboro Regional Chamber of Commerce, executive director, Kelly Arnao, and director of community relations, Rob Guinard, officially opened the first phase of the community, which features a fully furnished model apartment. When open, The Branches will boast 57 apartments featuring flexible floor plans and spacious common areas including an outdoor patio with farmers porch, fire pit, beauty salon, library, fitness center and bistro featuring all-day, restaurant-style dining all set on 5.9 acres.
