Discussion (45 minutes):
Learn about the physical changes associated with perimenopause and menopause, along with clear, actionable strategies to support your body through movement, lifestyle, and daily habits.
Practice (45 minutes):
Integrate what you’ve learned through a guided, supportive aerial yoga-based movement session, designed to help you feel stronger, more connected, and more at ease in your body. No experience necessary.
