​This two-hour workshop fixes that with real arithmetic. You’ll build your replacement number, the true cost of leaving a W-2 role once benefits, taxes, and business costs are counted. Then you’ll turn it into the three prices every independent path asks for: a day rate, a fee for a real project, and a monthly retainer.

We’ll cover the three pricing mistakes senior people make the moment they go independent, and you’ll practice saying your numbers out loud with people who will push back kindly.
